Remote Computer Support
If you have high-speed internet access you qualify to
get support whenever you need it. Using easily installed special software, our technicians can
view your computer as if they were sitting right in front of it.
You will no longer have to wait for atechnician to come to you,
nor will you have to drag your computer into a shop to be repaired. Cybercom Consulting, Inc. will
help you with troubleshooting, instruction and configuration of your computer via the internet.

How it works:
- Call 303-510-4930, leave a message in the queue and be sure to specify "remote support."
- A technician will call you within 2 hours, but usually you'll get a call within 20 minutes.
- You only pay for the time required to fix the problem.
If it is determined that someone needs to be on-site to
repair your computer, we refund half of the charges for the online call or we will
arrange to send someone to fix the problem.
